Background
Niamh is an Accredited Professional Executive Coach, Systemic Team Coach and Certified Design Thinker. She is a Fellow of Association for Coaching, one of the lead professional bodies for Coaches. Over twenty years of leading Advance Coach Ltd, she has accumulated extensive experience of working with local and global leadership teams where she is known for consistently supporting exceptional outcomes for Leaders and Teams.
Through Advance’s ILM Centre, Niamh has accredited hundreds of Coaches and Mentors over the last two decades and has mentored and supervised many of them to establish successful coaching and mentoring practices of their own.
An experienced Board Member, Niamh served as a Board Director at AC Ireland for ten years, including Chair for three years and also served nine years as a Board Director for the Women in Business Group.
