Advance is a Registered Institute of Leadership & Management Centre (ILM) (002374) approved to deliver a suite of Accredited Coaching & Mentoring Programmes.
Over the last twelve years we have developed significant expertise and positive recognition for designing and supporting organisational mentoring programmes across a wide range of organisations including: Law Society NI, Bar Association NI, Women in Business NI, Criminal Case Review Commission, Institute of Fundraising NI and Halifax Foundation NI.
We have trained over 3000 Mentors across the widest range of sectors and industries who have facilitated around 30,000 mentoring sessions.
ILM Recognised mentoring training
Our ILM Recognised Introduction to Mentoring programme is delivered by experienced mentors all with a deep understanding of the skills and practice of effective mentoring. Their own rich experience of mentoring in a wide variety of organisations enables them to bring real life mentoring experience and examples to the training room.

Advance Mentoring Programme Path
Programme Design: Working in consultation with the organisation to design and roll out a mentoring programme providing all key governance and programme documents.
Mentor & Mentee Onboarding: Design & delivering training for Mentors and onboarding for Mentees and provision of mentoring guides and toolkit with option of ILM Certification for Mentors.
Matching, Support & Evaluating: Supporting the organisation in the matching of Mentors to Mentee applicants and design & administer a survey monkey evaluation of the programme through all Mentors and Mentees.
Continuous Professional Support for Mentors: Designing and delivering ongoing learning and resources for mentors.
