Background
Karen is an Accredited Leadership and Team Coach with experience of directing and managing programmes of work locally and internationally and supporting senior leaders and teams. Karen is a natural communicator who is passionate about the power of learning, emotional intelligence and coaching to enable personal fulfilment and deliver excellence in teams and she brings a genuine warmth to her relationships.
Karen is an Accredited Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a licensed Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, a Fellow with the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and an active member of the IDEO Design Thinking Community and has worked with individuals and teams to help them connect, co-create, and communicate with impact.
