As an accredited Executive Coach with 10 years’ experience, and 20 years’ professional HR experience, Frances has a wealth of experience across the public, corporate and voluntary sectors. As an experienced coach, trainer, and facilitator Frances deliver’s one to one and team coaching programmes. Frances’ extensive experience in HR Management strengthens her role as a coach. Frances is fully cognisant of the complexities and challenges faced by leaders and teams.
