Background
Debbie has over thirty years’ experience working in a variety of demanding roles within the voluntary sector, with sixteen years at senior management level. She brings considerable experience of managing, developing, coaching and mentoring a wide variety of professional individuals and staff teams to achieve personal goals and business objectives.
Debbie also has extensive experience in recruitment and selection and a proven record in implementing key recruitment policies associated with high performance, commitment, and success in achieving business outcomes. She has worked at developing job descriptions and person specifications as well as chairing interview panels for both traditional and competency-based models.
As Head of Career and Interview Training (ILM Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring), Debbie works with a wide range of individual clients from all disciplines seeking to develop their career focus, interview skills and enhance their career path.
