Caroline has extensive experience of developing leaders and teams at all levels in UK, Ireland, Europe, and North America. She has over 20 years’ experience as a leader herself, with over a decade working at a senior level for a global multinational.
As an experienced coach, trainer, and facilitator, Caroline brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to team and leadership development, offering a tailored approach to ensure maximum results for the client. These soft skills are complimented by a keen insight into business performance and how to achieve exceptional results through people, drawing on her vast experience as a Continuous Improvement Coach using Lean and Six Sigma across a range of sectors.
She recently co-authored “Why Care,” which explores how mental well-being and a culture of continuous improvement are intertwined and mutually reinforcing. The book demonstrates how important mental well-being and a human-centred workplace are for sustainable organisational success.
